Maximum page count: 150 pages (additional pages @ $0.10 per page).
Delivery: Allow 3 weeks from time of bookstore order.
Binding options (all pages are perforated):
Perfect (glue) binding - no additional charge
Perfect with three-hole drilled pages - add $.50
Loose-leaf, 3-hole drilled pages - add $1.00
Graph Paper:
Printed graph paper sheets may be added to the back of any manual at no charge (subject to the
page-count limitations noted above).
